Please read your invoice for accuracy before issuing payment. Orders placed under 14 calendar days from the date the order is due, are required to be paid in full at the time the order is placed. Invoices will stay active for 48 hours without payment, and after that they will be cancelled, to free up that date for another customer, unless other arrangements have been set. All balances must be paid in full, 3 DAYS prior to the date your order is due. You will be notified via email 24-48 hours prior to your due date, to confirm pickup/delivery times.
TRANSPORTING AND HANDLING YOUR CUSTOM CAKE/CONFECTIONS: When transporting your SL cake, please place it on a flat surface (trunk, floor of the car), and keep it chilled in the refrigerator until about 60-90 minutes of serving. SL cakes are enjoyed best at room temperature. Our items are made of rich buttercream and are not heat proof and will melt if left in the sun or a hot environment.
THE FINE PRINT: Date retainers are non-refundable. In the event of an emergency or your order is rescheduled, SL will transfer your retainer fee to that date, if we are available for a period of up to 6 months. The agreed time for pickup must be adhered to, orders picked up late may be subjected to a late fee or will be unavailable until the next day.
